This best OXO Good Grips Silicone Basting Brush works like a natural bristle brush — but with the added conveniences of heat resistance, odor resistance and cleanability.
This heat resistance allows you to baste your grilling proteins and veggies over high flames without any fear of burning natural bristles.
Gaps in the center bristles hold liquid as you transfer sauce from the bowl to the work surface, and tapered outer bristles allow you to baste steaks, hamburgers, ribs, roasts, kebabs, poultry, etc. with ease.
The silicone bristles of the OXO Good Grips Silicone Basting Brush are heat resistant to 600°F so you can baste in a hot pan or over a raging grill with complete confidence.

“Works Well and Easy to Clean — Great Basting Brush. I use it to brush marinade on vegetables for shish kebabs. I love that it cleans so easily, unlike brushes with bristles.”
