October 2017 USA Porsche sales of 4,715 units were recently announced by Porsche Cars North America (PCNA).  This translates to a 4.6 percent increase over October of 2016.  Year-to-date deliveries demonstrated a consistent upward trend at 2.7 percent.

“Porsche took care of business again this month.  This is our ninth record month this year as we approach the finish line for 2017.  On to November,” said Klaus Zellmer, President and CEO of PCNA.

Leading gainers for October 2017 were the Porsche 911 and the Panamera.

The Porsche 911 garnered sales of 691 units, an increase of 55.6 percent over last October 2016.  Similarly, the Panamera line achieved impressive sales of 644 deliveries — a formidable increase of 118.3% year-over-year.

The Macan showed slight declines in October 2017 compared to the same month in 2016.  Nonetheless, it continues to show strong legs with sales of 1,779 units, continuing its ever positive trend at 16.3 percent year-to-date.

Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle sales in the United States of America came in at 1,658 units, a 26.7 percent increase over October 2016.  CPO sales are up 10 percent with 15,208 year-to-date deliveries for 2017.
